SCHOLAR iQ is a technology-first AI training and career intelligence platform, operated as a registered brand of Shizi Softwares Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2015 certified organisation based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Our platform operates across two distinct service layers:

  Not a Degree-Granting Institution: SCHOLAR iQ does not hold authority from UGC, AICTE, or any statutory body to confer academic degrees. All formal degrees (BTech, MBA, MCA etc.) are awarded exclusively by our partnered universities under their own recognition.

  Not an Admissions Agency or Broker: We do not process, secure, or guarantee university admissions. University course and fee data displayed on our platform is shown purely for informational and comparative intelligence purposes. Students must apply directly to respective universities through their official channels.

  Not a Placement Guarantee: While we facilitate connections to our network of 150+ corporate hiring partners, enrollment or successful certification does not guarantee employment. Final hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer.

Our certification programs are designed and delivered in partnership with recognized academic institutions under formally signed Academic Collaboration Agreements. Currently, our primary institutional partner is Kalinga University. We are actively building partnerships with premier institutions including IITs, IIMs, and other apex bodies for future program cohorts.

Candidates who successfully complete our training and clear the proprietary 30/70 audit evaluation (administered by SARA AI and our technical faculty panel) earn two credentials:

1. SCHOLAR iQ Industry Certification — issued by Shizi Softwares Pvt. Ltd., validating corporate-grade technical readiness.
2. University Co-Branded Academic Certificate — issued by the respective institutional partner, providing formal academic validation.

Our University Intelligence feature aggregates fee, curriculum, and program data for UG, PG, Doctorate, and Diploma courses (including BA, BCom, BTech, MTech, MBA, MCA, and similar qualifications) from partner universities. This data is displayed on a best-effort basis under explicit consent from institutional partners or sourced from public domain information.

This data is for reference and comparison only. University fee structures, seat availability, eligibility criteria, and scholarship information may change at any time without notice. SCHOLAR iQ bears no liability for decisions — academic or financial — made based on this intelligence. Users are advised to verify all critical details directly with the respective university's official admissions office.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration. Falsifying academic records, submitting forged credentials, or circumventing our AI vetting systems constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. All activity under your account is your legal responsibility.

The entirety of the SCHOLAR iQ platform — including SARA AI, proprietary curriculum design, assessment architectures, UI/UX, trademarks, and Shizi Softwares product integrations — is the exclusive intellectual property of Shizi Softwares Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable Indian and international law.

You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of our platform or content without written authorisation.

SCHOLAR iQ's AI tools — including SARA AI career counsellor, resume builder, and LinkedIn optimiser — are powered by large language models. All AI-generated guidance is probabilistic and may occasionally be inaccurate. Career decisions made solely on the basis of AI outputs are taken at the user's own risk. SCHOLAR iQ bears no fiduciary or legal liability for such decisions.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Before litigation, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith arbitration conducted in Lucknow in English.
